Us Girls and StreetGames

Our Us Girls Camps will give you the opportunity to try out a range of different sports and activities in a fun, friendly and non-judgmental environment across three local leisure centre sites in Swansea; Penlan, Penyrheol and Cefn Hengoed during school holidays. Sports and activities on offer at our camps include gymnastics, rugby, self-defence, swimming, dance, mountain boarding, yoga and more; there's definitely something for everyone!

Workshops are also common at all camps where you will be able to discuss your views and concerns around different topics including social media, confidence and self-esteem, emotional health, role models and more. You might even be interested in becoming an Us Girls volunteer or young leader and if so we will support you and give you the tools necessary to carry out this role with confidence.
