British Gas Energy Trust

Individuals and families can apply for grants to clear domestic gas and electricity debts. The grants are available to both British Gas customers and customers of other energy suppliers.

Care and Repair Western Bay

Care and Repair aims to relieve the needs of people in the locality who are disadvantages by reason of health, ill-age or disability, by the provision of support, assistance, facilities, amenities and services to such people in respect of their housing.

E.ON Energy Fund

The E.ON Energy Fund initiative has been set up to help existing or previous customers receive extra support. If you meet the criteria, the energy fund could help you pay your current or final E.ON bills, replace appliances and even repair gas boilers.

E.ON Next Energy Fund

The aim of the E.ON Next Energy Fund is to help E.ON Next customers who are experiencing financial hardship and struggling.

ECO Flex

ECO Flex is a government scheme which provides funding for energy efficiency improvements in the home such as a new central heating system, upgrades to the existing heating system and/or insulation.

OVO Energy Fund

OVO Energy offers payment plans, energy funds and payment schemes to help customers pay their energy bills.

Priority Services Register

The Priority Services Register is a free support service offered by energy suppliers and network operators to help vulnerable people. Each supplier/operator keeps their own register, so you'll need to contact your energy supplier or network operator to be added.

Scottish Power Hardship Fund

Because some customers have difficulties paying their bills due to low income or other circumstances, Scottish Power has a Hardship Fund to help them get their energy payments under control.
