Swansea Council is the data controller for the personal information you provide on this form. Your information will be used in the exercise of our official authority and will not be used for any other purpose. We will share your data securely with Welsh Government, who provide the funding for this scheme, under our data sharing agreement with them. We may also from time to time when necessary share a restricted set of your personal information with Care and Repair, Western Bay and other contractors, with utility companies and landlords in order for us to administer the scheme and provide you with the service you have requested.

Before you start
1. You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to apply:
  
  - My title to this property is registered with HM Land Registry
  - The property is more than 10 years old
  - All owners registered for the property intend living at the property for the duration of the loan
  - The loan to value ratio of the property is 80% or less
2. I confirm that I meet all the above conditions*
3. You will not be eligible if your credit history includes any of the following:
  
  - County court judgements (CCJs)
  - Independent voluntary arrangements
  - Bankrupt (within last 6 years)
  - Debt relief order (DRO)
  - Company insolvency/liquidation
  - Current outstanding debt to the local authority
4. I confirm that my credit history doesn't include any of the above*
5. If you are on means-tested benefits you will not be able to afford the loan monthly repayments, but you may be eligible for owner-occupier repayable financial assistance if you have urgent repairs.
