This online course features a range of delicious dishes. Explore new dishes, using both fresh produce and store cupboard ingredients. Create classic and contemporary dishes, including main courses, light meals, baked goods and desserts.

Learn how to get the best from seasonal ingredients whilst improving skills and techniques. Classes aim to improve confidence and expand knowledge in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Recipes will include:

• Main courses.
• Light meals.
• Baked goods.
• Desserts.

Sessions will include:

• Recipes taught using online / printable documents and resources.
• Through Google Classroom's Stream facility, students will be able to share and discuss their own progress in cooking.
• Specific tutor feedback may be provided via Google Classroom.

This 10 week course is suitable for beginners as well as those with some previous experience.
