Wales Airshow 2021 trade stands

Wales Airshow returns to the skies over the iconic Swansea Bay on 3 and 4 July 2021. Featuring some of the biggest and best display teams on the Airshow circuit, 2km of ground displays and trade areas, and all set against the incredible backdrop of Swansea Bay.

Supported by the armed services, the air displays include aircraft from civilian, commercial, RAF, Army and Navy along with a full military village with complimentary ground displays. We are looking for appropriate trade stands to display their products along the length of the display line.

This unique trading opportunity is:

For your chance to be part of this event please complete the online application form below, along with your fire risk assessment which you will need to upload with your application . You will also need to provide proof of your Public Liability Insurance (minimum of £5 million), and include a photograph of your display.

Space is allocated on a first come first served basis.

Payment terms

When completing the Wales Airshow Trade stand application form you agree to pay 25% upon submission to secure your space at the 2021 Wales Airshow. The 25% deposit is non-refundable*

The balance payment of 75% is due no later than Wednesday 2 June 2021, an email with a link to the secure payment page will be emailed to you in the 2 weeks leading up to this date. If the payment is not made by 2 June 2021 your space will be released and you will not be issued a refund.

*In the event of the Airshow being cancelled as a result of Covid-19, either by local rules or national legislation, traders will be offered:

  • to carry forward fees to the 2022 Airshow and benefit from any early bird discount offers;
  • to a full refund.

Should the event go ahead as planned but under Covid-19 measures, traders choosing not to attend will not receive a refund.
