Tide times and heights can vary throughout the month and can easily catch you out if you're not prepared. If you are planning on undertaking any activity around our coastline the RNLI advise that to avoid getting cut off by the tide:
- before you head out, make sure it's safe. Check the tide tables
- while you're out, be aware of your surroundings and the tide's direction.
