Information for your theatre visit
All the important information you need to make the most of your visit
We take our public safety responsibilities very seriously. As a patron, your safety and security is our number one priority and we have robust measures, risk assessments and emergency plans in place which are constantly reviewed.
For the foreseeable future, we politely request that patrons coming to Swansea Grand Theatre don't take large bags into the auditorium. Rucksacks and large bags can be checked into Box Office; they can be accessed during the interval and collected post performance.
Visual bag checks are in place requiring patrons to open any bag. Patrons with bulky or loose coats will be asked to open them for a visual check prior to entry into the auditorium.
If you see anything that gives you cause for concern, please report it to the duty staff immediately.
Thank you in advance for your co-operation.
