Celebrating International Women's Day with our Sport and Health Team

Today is International Women's Day and we would like to take the opportunity to encourage more women and girls to take up sport and physical activity.

Our National Exercise Referral Scheme team are here to help!

The National Exercise Referral Scheme has been established in the Swansea area since 2007, funded by Welsh Government, a team of highly qualified Exercise Referral Professionals support clients 16+ years old who are at risk of or currently experiencing a long term/chronic health condition, to make and maintain healthier lifestyle choices which will improve their health and wellbeing.
