SortedSupported

A free, easy-to-use online directory designed to help adults find local mental health and wellbeing support.

SortedSupported.org.uk offers valuable information for parents, carers, and professionals to better understand and support others.

The website provides signposting to local and national services, practical advice, and self-help tools. Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, SortedSupported connects you with services, community groups, and wellbeing resources across Swansea and surrounding areas.

What you'll find:

  • A directory of local mental health and wellbeing services
  • Support for adults, families, carers, and professionals
  • Signposting to organisations for common mental health issues
  • Community activities for those with specialist needs (for example, dementia, neurodiversity, anxiety, and more)
  • Crisis help and helplines
  • Advice on housing, benefits, addiction, and more

Developed by Swansea Bay University Health Board, West Glamorgan Regional Partnership Board, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot Councils, SCVS, and NPTCVS, the site helps users navigate support services.

SortedSupported is also developing content for adults with learning disabilities and their supporters. While it doesn't offer direct help, it guides users to the right resources.

If you need support for, or are a young person or child, visit tidyMinds - www.tidyminds.org.uk.
