Social Worker (closing date: 18/08/22)

Grade 8, £33,486 per annum (newly qualified), Grade 9, £34,373 - £38,553 per annum. In Swansea we believe our workforce is our greatest asset and we will ensure you have the right support and a positive working environment to deliver outstanding social care to children, young people and families.

Independent Best Interest Assessors and section 12 Doctors

Swansea Council is looking for Independent Best Interest Assessors and section 12 doctors to complete assessments for the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Team. You would be working on a self-employed basis and we will pay you a per assessment fee of £150 for best interest assessors to complete the Form 3 and £180 for section 12 doctors to complete the Form 3a and 4. We do not pay mileage.

Relief Flexible Residential Care Officer (closing date: 31/03/23)

£22,129 - £24,920 per annum (pro rata.) You will be required to support adults with a learning disability, mental health need or an older person based on their individual needs in a variety of settings such as residential, day services & transport.

Relief Domestic (closing date: 31/03/23)

£19,293 per annum (pro rata.) You will be required to support adults with a learning disability, mental health need or an older person based on their individual needs in a variety of settings such as residential, day services & transport.

Relief Kitchen Assistant (closing date: 31/03/23)

£19,293 per annum (pro rata) You will be required to support adults with a learning disability, mental health need or an older person based on their individual needs in a variety of settings such as residential, day services & transport.

Relief Night Care Assistant/Domestic (closing date: 31/03/23)

£20,444 - £21,269 per annum (pro rata). You will be required to support adults with a learning disability, mental health need or an older person based on their individual needs in a variety of settings such as residential, day services & transport.

Youth Justice Practice Manager - Adolescent and Young People service C&FS (Closing date: 23/08/22)

Salary: £44,624 - £48,701 per annum. An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Practice Manager in the Youth Justice Service within Swansea Child and Family Services.

Social Care Personal Assistant

From £10 per hour. A variety of Social Care Personal Assistant positions are available throughout the Swansea area to support individuals of all ages (children and adults), backgrounds and abilities.

Youth Hub Worker - (closing date:23/08/22)

Salary: £19,650 Pro Rata (15 Hours) Swansea Young People Service's, (Evolve) maintains a network of 5 Youth Hubs for young people aged 11yrs - 18yrs, across the City and County of Swansea, with facilities at Gorseinon, Stadwen, Townhill, Blaenymaes and Brynhyfryd.

1:1 Day Support Worker (closing date: 16/08/22)

£20,444.00 - £21,269.00 per annum Pro Rata. (30 hours per week) We require a suitably qualified / experienced and dynamic person to provide 1:1 support to a young man with a Learning /physical disability to access community and service based opportunities enabling independence and personal outcomes.

Contract Monitoring Officer (closing date: 16/08/22)

£30,095 - £33,486 per annum. This post may suit applicants with experience or knowledge of children's social care services. The successful candidate will have a key role in ensuring the children open to social services receive the service they need.

Early Help Hub Lead Worker x 5 (closing date: 16/08/22)

£25,927 - £29,174 per annum. If you enjoy supporting children and their families to achieve their full potential, then Swansea Council could be just the service for you.
