The Swansea Bay Fisheries Local Action Group (SBFLAG) is an independent strategic partnership, which looks at the long term, broad-scale issues facing the Welsh coast and its inshore waters.
A series of key issues were created after looking at findings from the Fishing Industry Research Study in 2015 and the feedback from consultation with stakeholders in early September 2016.
The Swansea Bay Fisheries Local Action Group is responsible for implementing £285k of projects.
The application consists of two stages and the SBFLAG staff are on hand to help you at any point during the application process.
The FLAG is integral to the approach of being a community led programme which promotes and supports co-operation and partnership working.
The Swansea Bay FLAG (SBFLAG) welcomes applications from individuals who want to represent the fishing and aquaculture sector.
