Safety certificates for sports grounds

Swansea Building Control deals with general and special safety certificates for designated sports stadia in the area.

The Swansea.com Stadium - Home of Swansea City FC and Ospreys Rugby

This is a 20,000 all-seater stadium, with excellent facilities for people with disabilities. The Main West Stand has club facilities, function rooms and hospitality suites on four levels. The North, East and South stands form a two-tier "horse shoe" around the West.

There are six staircases in this main stand and the North, South and East stands. As this is a multi-purpose stadium, the provision of four corner tunnels allows spectators on to the pitch for concerts and other similar events.  In the West stand there are 28 executive boxes and an executive lounge on level 3. Level 2 has conference/function suites and level 1 has club offices, player's dining room and sponsors/VIP lounges.
