Request a repair to your home via our online form.

You can also request repair via your My Housing account.

Please give as much information as possible to help us to process your request effectively.

Updates about your repair: you will get two text message notifications - one when the job is logged and then a reminder the day before the repair is due. The texts will be notifications only. You will not need to respond and we will never ask you to reply with any further details via these messages.

After we have made a repair to your home we will send you a short survey via text or email (depending on your preferred contact method) so you can let us know what you thought of the service. This will help us make improvements in the future.
