Request a repair for your council house

The easiest way to request a repair to your home is using our online form.

When you report a repair we'll ask you if:
• you or anyone in your home has been diagnosed with Covid-19/Coronavirus
• you or anyone in your home is self-isolating
• anyone in your home is at higher risk or has been advised to shield - ie over 70, diabetic etc

If you answer 'yes' to any of these questions, we'll work with you to assess your need for an operative to visit before deciding what to do next.

Our operative will also call you on the day of your appointment and ask the same set of questions, in case anything has changed since you booked. It's important that the operative is able to keep a safe distance from you of at least 2m or 7ft. This is to make sure everyone remains safe while the repair is being carried out.

After we have made a repair to your home we will send you a short survey via text or email (depending on your preferred contact method) so you can let us know what you thought of the service. This will help us make improvements in the future.
