Apply for a van permit to use the household waste recycling centres

You will need to provide an original V5 registration document, a matching proof of address within our City and County such as a recent utility bill or Council Tax demand, and a photo of the vehicle when applying.

1. If you don't have a scanner, you can send us an image of the document taken using your mobile phone, as long as the image is of good quality and the text in the document is clearly readable.
2. Where you live We need to see evidence of your address. To do this you can upload a copy of one of the following: council tax bill, gas bill, electricity bill or water bill. The document must show your name and your Swansea address and be dated within the last 3 months.

4. Vehicle V5 document We need to see a copy of the 2 pages holding details of your Swansea address / vehicle registration number and the make, model and weight.
