Recycling centre booking - step by step guide

Enter your postcode in the 'postcode lookup' box then click 'find address'. Select your address from the options listed in the drop down menu and click 'next' at the bottom of the page.

Confirm that your address is correct by clicking 'next' in the following window.

Select a visit date from the options listed. Press the left and right arrows to scroll through different weeks. Click on your chosen date then click 'book' on a suitable time slot from the list below.

Click the 'plus' (+) symbol in the 'confirm your booking' box to change it to one (1) and enter the requested vehicle and contact information in the 'booking details' box. Once completed click the 'Continue' button.

Click on the tick box to confirm that you have read and accept the on site rules then click the 'book' button. You will then receive a confirmation email with these details on. Check you junk mail inbox if it does not appear in your normal inbox.

Visit the centre on the specified time and date and take along proof of address and of your booking (showing the email on your phone or similar is fine).
