Reablement services
Most of us want to remain living at home, being as independent as possible. Sometimes, after a period of ill health, people need a bit of extra support.
Social Services and Swansea Bay University Health Board work in partnership to provide a range of integrated support and reablement services to help people to regain their independence.
Reablement in the community
Short-term support designed to enable older or disabled people to live as independently as possible at home.
Residential reablement services
Our short-stay reablement services offer specialist care and encouragement to return to independent living after a period of ill health.
