This policy covers street trading within our city and county.

We have a strategy for tackling the issue of listed buildings at risk. This includes publicly owned buildings as well as privately owned buildings.

The aim of the Policy is to set out our approach to enforcement action throughout the service areas covered, without placing an unnecessary burden on local businesses, organisations, consumers and the public.
