Notice of intention to publish the council's revised policy in relation to the Gambling Act 2005
In accordance with Section 349 of The Act, notice is given that the Local Authority's policy will be published on 19 December 2024, before coming into effect on 31 January 2025.

Statement of gambling policy
The City and County of Swansea has issued a Statement of Licensing Policy under the Gambling Act 2005.
The statement covers how we plan to promote the licensing objectives for the Gambling Act as well as what we expect from licensed premises.

Changes to policy
The Local Authority's revised Statement of Gambling Policy 2025-28 was approved at a meeting of the Council on 5 December 2024 and will come into effect on 31 January 2025.
