Assessment of local well-being 2022

Swansea Public Services Board has prepared its second Assessment of Local Well-being.

The main purpose of the assessment is to help Swansea Public Services Board identify a focused number of well-being objectives that will contribute to the national well-being goals as set out in the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.

The evidence in this document was compiled by a team of officers from the partner organisations of Swansea Public Services Board.  This evidence base will be used to develop Swansea's Local Well-being Plan.

This assessment looks at a number of different aspects of social, economic, environmental and cultural well-being in Swansea.

The consultation on the draft assessment closed on Friday 18 March 2022.  We are very grateful to those who responded to the consultation and completed our survey.  The feedback has been considered and used to prepare a final version of the Assessment for publication in May 2022.

The 2022 Assessment (PDF) [4MB] is available to view or download on this page.

A shorter summary document (PDF) [586KB] is also available highlighting the key issues identified in the assessment.
