Planning performance agreements

A PPA is a project management tool that would allow you and us to decide on timescales, actions and resources for particular proposals and would be agreed with both parties before the planning application is submitted.

Once your enquiry has been processed you will contacted by the planning section to discuss your request further and details of the agreement. Once the agreement has been agreed by both parties then the payment will need to be made.
