Due to the Government restrictions in place to help limit the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19) and protect public health, we are currently operating a reduced pest control service to enable the appropriate assessment of risks to officers and households to be carried out.

If you are requesting an appointment for a visit inside your property we are currently unable to enter premises as usual, due to Coronavirus restrictions, unless in case of an emergency.

Officers are able to provide advice and if necessary pre-prepared bait boxes at the doorstep and advise where they should be positioned within your property.

External assessments can still be undertaken as normal with social distancing being adhered to at all times.

Due to the volume of calls the pest control service are receiving it can take approximately 10 days for a visit for rodents to be arranged.

Updates will be posted here, but if you need to contact us please email
