Problem with making a payment online?
If you are having an issue trying to pay for something online via our payment system, there are some things you can try before contacting us to report it.
- Make sure you click 'finish' at the end of the payment process to complete your payment
- Clear your browser history - this option will be in the settings menu of your web browser. You can search for instructions on clearing your browser history for your specific browser on Google or another search engine.
- Try a different device - if you are using a mobile phone are you able to try on a tablet or computer instead?
- If you are using a mobile device make sure that it is updated with the latest software.
- Make sure you're using one of the following credit or debit cards:
- Try a different payment card if possible, preferably from a different bank.
