Swansea Space - Renew at The Stream

We all have days when we're feeling fed up - problems on our mind, parent, carer, just want some company? Renew@ The Stream offers a warm, safe space of welcome and inclusion aimed at improving emotional wellbeing. Share hobbies and activities, learn something new, make new friends or just take time out with a cup of tea or coffee. Use our quiet space for personal reflection or join us in an optional short time meditating on a Psalm.

- we base our space around the NHS 5 ways to wellbeing (connect, be active, take notice, keep learning, give) and can work in partnership with local area coordinators, mental health services and third sector bodies to signpost to sources of help.
