Volunteering at Oystermouth Castle
Apply to be a volunteer at Oystermouth Castle
Please note: Applications submitted via the form below to become a volunteer at Oystermouth Castle are dealt with directly by the Friends of Oystermouth Castle. If you have any questions about becoming a volunteer or your application, please contact The Friends of Oystermouth Castle
If you have any current convictions we may ask you to declare them when you come in for a chat with us.
If you are interested in a role that involves volunteering with children and/or vulnerable adults, we will ask for information about current and spent criminal convictions. Having a criminal record will not necessarily exclude you from volunteering with us.
One of our trainers will contact you to discuss how you can help at the castle and arrange your training. After your training you will be notified if your application has been successful.
The Castle is operational 6 days a week including weekends. Hours may vary depending on the role undertaken.
Once you have agreed to work on an allocated task we will ask you to honour that commitment whenever possible.
