Caring for your hanging basket

Deadline for orders: 30 April 2024 (while stocks last)

We aim to start delivering the baskets during May, depending on the growth of the baskets and weather permitting. Please ensure that you have fixed brackets in place so that we can hang them for you on delivery. Advice on suitable brackets can be found on our FAQs page.

If you buy a hanging basket as a gift we'll provide you with a gift receipt to give to the recipient (available for you to download and print out or email).

Terms and conditions

• The City and County of Swansea reserves the right to refuse orders whenever it is deemed necessary.
• Fulfilment of orders is dependent on the location of your home and the number of residents / businesses participating in your area.
• The City and County of Swansea will not be responsible for replacement of any stolen or damaged baskets.
• Upon delivery the responsibility for the upkeep and care of the baskets and flowers shall solely be yours and the City and County of Swansea shall have no liability to this effect.

Hanging basket gift receipt terms and conditions

• You will pay £49.00 via an online payment for a gift receipt for a hanging basket. The hanging basket will be delivered during mid to late May 2024 to the recipient's address that you provide to us.
• If you wish to cancel your gift receipt order, you have 14 days from the date you receive your gift receipt to do so. Please email us and if possible, include your original order details.
• We cannot give a refund after this time. If you need to change the delivery address please contact us.
