You can order books and audiobooks online or by phone for pick up at your local library.
You can borrow up to 20 items for 3 weeks - although your loans will be automatically renewed until further notice so you do not accrue any overdue charges.
How can I order?
Library staff will select books for you using the information you provide and their knowledge of available titles to meet your needs. Staff will contact you to arrange a date for collection when ready.

What you will need when you order
When you order online or by phone you will need to provide your library card number and telephone number and/or email address.
If you are not already a member of Swansea Libraries, you can join online today, or in person at the library.
For residents who are unable to get to the library because of health or mobility reasons or due to Covid restrictions, please speak to a member of staff to see if we can arrange delivery.
You can return your books to any library.
If you have any items out on loan and can't get to any of the open libraries we will be automatically renewing them for you. If you have any concerns about your account then please contact your local library.
Don't forget that you can still download ebooks and eaudiobooks online.
Coronavirus precautions and requirements will apply when you visit. Please do not visit the library if you or anyone living with you is isolating, or displays Covid-19 symptoms.
When visiting the library please adhere to social distancing and if you enter the library at all you must wear a face covering unless exempt.
