Notification of an interest in premises

If you have a legal interest in a licensed premises you can apply to be notified of any licensing matters affecting the property.

You can apply if you are:

the freeholder or leaseholder
a legal mortgagee of the premises
in occupation of the premises
any other person as prescribed by the Secretary of State

A notice will last for 12 months from the date the form is received and you can re-apply each year.
