Mynydd Bach Common
Mynydd Bach Common is on the urban fringe north of Mynydd Bach School (Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Tirdeunaw), two cemeteries, housing and farmland.
The site is predominantly composed of marshy grassland, dominated by purple moor-grass with areas of rank vegetation.
The site is lightly grazed by horses and is of probable importance to invertebrates and bird species.
