Lifeline scam

Residents in the Swansea area are receiving phone calls making out to be from Lifeline informing them a payment has to be made for a replacement pendant or for a change of service.

Lifeline would not ask for payment over the phone. Should you receive a phone call do not give your bank details or make any payment.
