Replacement Local Development Plan update
The Local Development Plan is the blueprint setting out the planning proposals and development schemes that will help shape the city's future over the next decade.
To make sure the LDP remains up to date councils have to review their plans at least once every four years.
We're now embarking on the start of the Replacement LDP and consulting on the Delivery Agreement which includes the timetable for preparation and how and when people can become engaged throughout the replacement process.
