If you are considering carrying out repairs or like for like works to a listed building then it is advisable to speak to the Local Planning Authority Conservation Officer. This is important to confirm that the repairs are actually like for like and that the works proposed are appropriate for the listed building.
This can be addressed via the submission of a listed building pre-application enquiry. We will assess your proposals and advise if the proposed repairs are considered appropriate like for like works. If necessary we will highlight where listed building consent is required.

- Householder listed building pre-application enquiry - £100 + VAT
- Commercial listed building pre-application enquiry - £250 + VAT
