LABC Warranty works in partnership with Local Authority Building Control (LABC) to give a full range of developer services and warranties supporting construction and home builders from self builds to commercial developments.
They work alongside building control surveyors to look at developments in line with technical standards. This makes sure the highest quality of buildings are created and maintained.
