How the role most benefits the public

My knowledge of council services and my relationship with departments allow me to deliver the best options in response to enquiries.

What gives you most pleasure in this role?

Customers leaving the Civic Centre feeling valued, understanding any information given and being impressed by the service delivered by the council. My job is about how it impacts on people, not completing processes and workflows.
