Coronavirus and changes to housing services

We have had to make some changes to our service delivery at Housing Options and the district housing offices.

We have suspended new work on fitting kitchen and bathroom replacements.

We plan to complete work that has started so tenants will not be without important household functions. During that work, staff will adhere strictly to the social distancing guidelines and we ask tenants to respect this.

All emergency repairs will be attended as normal both during the day and out of hours.

The Housing Service is continuing to support those that are homeless, vulnerable and current tenants by delivering important frontline services.

The best way to pay your rent is by arranging a monthly (choice of 2 dates) or a weekly direct debit or by using our online payment system.
