Building Services has been commissioned by Swansea Council Housing Department in respect of a proposed housing development on land off Hill View Crescent and Beaconsview Road, Clase, Swansea

Swansea Council Housing and Public Protection Department are intending to apply for planning permission for the proposed housing development of 26 residential properties

This would be made up of 20 three bedroom semi-detached houses and 6 three bedroom terraced houses.
