Lifelong Learning - Digital photography for advanced

This class will suit you if you want to develop your own portfolio of work based on your interests in photography.

This course will enable students who have considerable understanding of creating photographs to use their images for various presentation modes. Photomontage, photo books and mounting pictures for display purposes are some of the topics covered. The sessions will enable you to develop your photography skills and experience further using manual settings, available light, as well as macro, portrait and landscape photography using a variety of lenses.

Students will take photographs throughout the course, working on their individual projects and as a group they will go out on location.

Suitable for: Advanced.

This course is ideal for photographers who have already completed an intermediate course in photography and are competent in using their camera's programmes and settings, including manual mode, can understand depth of field, ISO, meter readings and white balance, as well as working with available lighting. You will also be familiar with macro photography.

Duration: 10 weeks.

Course fee: £69 full fee / £48 concessionary fee.

A digital camera, a pen, a notebook and folder to store handouts. You will also need a memory stick.
