Delicious dishes

Throughout this course we will prepare a wide range of exciting recipes suitable for both formal and informal occasions.

The aim of this course is to inspire those who want to learn new skills and techniques, increase their repertoire of recipes and gain many helpful hints and tips. We will cook a selection of dishes including meat, fish and vegetarian recipes as well as desserts and baking. This course is a sociable and enjoyable class for anyone with the desire to build their cooking confidence and learn new skills in a fun and stimulating environment.

10 week course. This is a mixed ability class and suitable for all levels.

What you will need

Students will need to provide their own ingredients for the practical sessions. Cost of ingredients will depend on your chosen dish.

As part of the demonstration session, there will be an opportunity to taste all the dishes made. Should you wish to do so, there will be a small charge to cover costs of ingredients.
