Saturday 3 December -Babell Graveyard Volunteer Morning

10.00am - 12noon, at the graveyard entrance by 119 Middle Road, Cwmbwrla, Swansea SA5 8HQ

Help create a space for nature and people in the heart of Cwmbwrla at this much-neglected graveyard. Get some fresh air and great exercise, meet new people, find out more about the local history and the nature on your doorstep. Tasks include cutting and digging up brambles, litter picking and developing a garden area. Tools and gloves are provided but wear old clothes and sensible shoes and perhaps bring a drink and a biscuit for a break.

Sat 3 December -Gowerton to Three CrossesWalk

11.00am, Brynymor Road, Gowerton SA4 3EY (on-street parking behind Tesco Express)

A 6-mile, easy/moderate circular walk following part of the Gower Way from Gowerton to The Wern, Three Crosses. There are some stiles and rough tracks, and the route could be muddy in places. Afterwards we will go for refreshments at The Farmers Arms. Registered Assistance Dogs only.

11.00am - 1.00pm, Rosehill Quarry, Mount Pleasant, Swansea

Regular work session: litter pick, maintenance and other general tasks. Come and explore a hidden gem close to Swansea city centre. Tea and coffee provided if weather suitable.

Saturday 24 December - A Christmas Eve Walk: Swansea Canal and River Tawe

11.00am, Lidl Car Park, Pontardawe SA8 4EQ

A 6-mile, easy/moderate beautiful low-level walk along the River Tawe, Swansea Canal and Lower Clydach River. We'll return via the disused railway line above Trebanos. Could be quite muddy. Afterwards, we'll go for refreshments at the Pontardawe Inn. Dogs remain on short leads.
