Leave your bike in a safe place throughout the day or overnight. We have secure lockers situated on Garden Street in the city centre.

Quadrant cycle lockers

Situated on Garden Street (SA1 8PJ), between the Quadrant multi-storey car park and the Quadrant Shopping Centre entrance (near Shopmobility area).

Available 24/7 on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to use the cycle lockers

  1. Register:
    • visit the Quadrant car park office (ground floor of the Quadrant car park)
    • provide your name, contact details, email address and photo ID to register
    • photo ID is required to ensure bikes are released to the correct owner
  2. Secure your bike:
    • a staff member will assist in locking your bike in the cycle hub
  3. Payment:
    • make the required payment at the Quadrant payment machines before collecting your bike
  4. Sign out:
    • return to the car park office with your ID to sign out your bike
    • staff will unlock and retrieve it for you

Fees and payment

  • £1 for up to 6 hours
  • £2 for all-day use

Payments can be made at the Quadrant payment machines, located near the car park's office, using:

  • coins
  • card
  • Google Pay or Apple Pay

Uncollected bikes

Bikes left in a locker for over 48 hours will trigger a reminder email.

To extend the storage period, reply to the email or notify car park staff to avoid removal.

If the bike is not collected within 24 hours of the reminder:

  • it will be removed and stored securely
  • a £20 fine may apply for retrieval

Bikes unclaimed after 30 days will be donated to charity.

  1. General information

    1. Users must register with the Quadrant Car Park Office by providing their name, contact details, and photo ID.
    2. Staff will assist in securely locking your bicycle in the hub.
    3. To collect your bike:

    • make payment at the Quadrant payment machines
    • staff will unlock and retrieve your bike

    1. Fees:
      • £1 for up to 6 hours

    • coins, card, Google Pay or Apple Pay at the Quadrant payment machines
  4. Uncollected bikes
    1. Bikes left for more than 48 hours will trigger a reminder email.
    2. If uncollected within 24 hours of the reminder, the bike will be removed and stored.
    3. Removed bikes are held for up to 30 days, and a £20 fine may apply for retrieval.
    4. Unclaimed bikes after 30 days will be donated to charity.
  5. User responsibilities
    1. Users must ensure their bikes are securely locked. Staff are available to assist.
    2. All registration, payment and sign-out procedures must be completed as required.
  6. Liability
    1. The Quadrant is not responsible for any loss or damage to bicycles stored in the lockers.
    2. Bicycles are stored at the user's own risk.
  7. Amendments
    1. The Quadrant reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
