Cook fresh

This course offers learners the chance to make a variety of dishes from scratch using readily available fresh produce and ingredients.

During these informal sessions you will learn how to get the best from seasonal ingredients whilst improving skills and techniques. You will be provided with an opportunity to try out a wide range of equipment to make a variety of exciting recipes.  Dishes will include main courses, light meals and desserts. Baking techniques will also be used. Classes aim to improve confidence and expand knowledge in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

One demonstration and one practical session every two weeks.

10 week course. Suitable for beginners as well as those with some previous experience of the subject.
