Provides support and information to carers across Swansea.
Swansea Carers Centre provides support and information to carers across Swansea by providing welfare benefit advice; access to grants and special funds; a counselling service; respite care; employment support; have dedicated parent carer, young adult carer, male carer and dementia services.
From 20 March 2020 both Swansea Carers Centre and Ty Conway are closed to the general public all all groups and activities postponed. They would urge carers to take advantage of the new helpline services where their staff will do their best to offer support and advice during this time of crisis.

Ty Conway day services
Whilst our day centre remains closed, staff are maintaining telephone telephone contact with their clients as well as picking up their shopping and prescriptions.
Caring for someone with dementia
If you are caring for someone with dementia then we can support you. Our Dementia Coordinator is available to give you emotional support, practical tips and coping strategies.
