Contact Social Services

To contact Social Services, most people will need to get in touch with one of the teams listed here.

If you are unsure who to contact, you can get in touch with the Common Access Point for Health and Social Care (CAP) for Adult Services, or Swansea Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Child and Family services and they will signpost you.

At busy times calls may be held in a queue.

Our opening hours are:

8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday

8.30am - 4.30pm Friday.

Common Access Point for Health and Social Care (CAP)

We aim to provide adults and their carers with the right support at the right time by the right person.

Swansea Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

Families living in Swansea can contact SPOC themselves to ask for help or advice.

Social Services Emergency Duty Team

This social work team deals with out-of-hour emergency situations for children, adults and mental health that cannot safely be left until the next working day, and will provide information and advice to keep the situation safe until the next day.
