Book a contact centre appointment
You should only book an appointment if you need to hand in original documents in support of a new or existing benefit claim or you would like to discuss a complex query.
Alternatively, if you would like to speak to a member of staff regarding your claim there are a number of ways in which you can do this. You can:
- email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- use the online form Contact us about Council Tax Reduction or Housing Benefit
- ring us on 01792 635353 from 10.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday
You can ask us to arrange an appointment at a convenient time with a member of staff over Microsoft Teams or Skype to speak to us in the comfort of your own home.
If you still require an appointment please fill in the form. You will need to give us at least 2 working days notice when requesting an appointment.
