Children and Young People Fund 2024 / 2025

We are looking for applications from new and existing play providers who are committed to creating high quality play opportunities.

We are looking for applications from new and existing childcare and play providers who have considered their financial position and require sustainability support to continue to deliver high quality childcare and play opportunities.

About the fund

The Children and Young People Fund 2024 / 2025 is an established fund that looks to create, support, and maintain childcare and play opportunities in Swansea. It is open through the year to both registered and non-registered providers.

Fund availability

The maximum amount any one application can apply for is £5,000 (childminder £2,000). Only under exceptional circumstances will amounts be awarded over this sum in any one financial year. All awarded funding must be spent by 31 March 2025. There is a limited amount of funding available. Requests are not guaranteed and will be prioritised against criteria as per Terms and conditions of the Children and Young People Fund.
