Swansea Council is the data controller for the personal information you provide on this form. Your information will be used to provide you with the service that you have requested and will not be used for any other purpose. We will not share your data with any third parties without your explicit consent unless we are required or permitted to do so by law.

This service is for residents only - it cannot be used for business waste (including electricals or furniture owned by the landlord of a rented property). To prevent misuse of this service we will collect a maximum of 2 fridges or mattresses from any one property.
Terms and conditions
1. Before you book a collection make sure you check the list of items that we are NOT able to collect below.
2. - items which are too heavy to lift safely by the collection crew (for example a piano)
  - items from inside the property or garden (the collection team are not allowed to enter properties or gardens)
  - from commercial (business) premises
  - hazardous waste, for example asbestos, car batteries, paint etc
  - items containing glass or mirrors
  - external doors
  - fixtures such as bathroom suites
  - boilers, gas bottles or oil tanks
  - builders rubble
  - car tyres/wheels
  - interior fixtures of vehicles (seats, etc)
  - car parts (bumpers, exhausts, etc)
  - garden sheds
  - wooden pallets
  - pianos
  - PVC materials
  - more than 2 empty fridges and freezers per booking
  - more than 2 bed mattresses per booking
  - more than 2 internal doors per booking
  - more than 1 fence panel per booking
Conditions of collection
1. - I will only put out the items described on the next page.
  - I will put the items out for collection on the kerbside between 7.00pm on the evening before my collection and 7.00am on the morning of my collection day.
  - I will keep items dry, will cover absorbent items like mattresses and sofas and won't leave items outside for a long time in all weathers.
  - I will empty any food or other items out of fridges, freezers or storage.
  - Items which are too heavy for the crew to lift safely will not be collected.
  - Items left inside the property or gardens will not be collected.
  - I intend for the collected items to be reused if possible.
  - I understand that my collection will not be made if any of the above conditions have not been met.
  - I understand that you will contact me with a date and time of collection. Please make sure you check your spam/ junk folders if the confirmation message is not in your inbox.

3. We will only be able to make collections under the conditions listed above. If you are unable to meet these conditions then we will not be able to collect your items for you.
  
  You can take your bulky items to a Household Waste Recycling Centre. If they are in good condition you can donate them to the Tip Treasures shop.
  
  A number of charities will also accept items in good condition and some will collect from your home.
