This 10 week course is full of tasty recipes and tips for keeping healthy and happy. Using fresh produce and store cupboard ingredients, you will have the skills and know-how to create wholesome meals to be proud of. Our classes will help you gain confidence and expand knowledge in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
Recipes will include:
- Main courses.
- Light meals.
- One pot recipes.
Sessions will include:
- Classroom based, tutor led sessions.
- Handouts containing recipes.
- Demonstrations of recipes for the opportunity to cook your own.
This 10 week course is suitable for beginners as well as those with some previous experience.
