Swansea blue plaques

Swansea has a number of blue plaques installed to honour its important and significant citizens.

Swansea's history is full of unique, important and famous figures, ranging from the arts, science and sport. Now a number of blue plaques have been attached to buildings with an association to those people. Such a device enables the city to honour them and their achievements and to share them with the world.
