If you are looking for activities in Welsh (and English) then the you can join the Urdd Criw and try out some of their ideas. With activities for primary school age up to 14 years old there is a real variety of activities here. Try cooking, puzzles, vlogging and practising your Welsh.

BBC Bitesize has launched Daily Lessons in Welsh. For ages 3 to 14 years the lessons have been put together with teachers and education specialists. With additional subjects being added you can keep on top of your Welsh learning from home.

Practice your Welsh and learn to draw at the same time. Huw Aaron a professional illustrator is running daily drawing lessons on Twitter and Youtube with instructions in Welsh

Musician Mei Gwynedd is running Ukelele lessons on Youtube with the instructions in Welsh. A great way to practice two skills at once.

  • Learn Welsh - National Centre for Learning Welsh have been running courses in communities across Wales for a while. They are now adding more distance learning resources to the website so you can keep up with your language skills
  • BBC Learn Welsh - resources for all levels of learner and activities for children and adults to help with Welsh at home or in the workplace.
  • Say something simple in Welsh - simple lessons to get you speaking Welsh fast. They offer both South and North Wales variances of the language.
