Welcome and Introductions

Key Findings from the 2019 Visitor Research

City Centre Developments Update

The multi-million pound plans to transform Swansea City Centre are well underway with works already started on the new 3,500-capacity digital indoor arena. The huge development, known as Swansea Central Phase One, also includes a digital square, pedestrian bridge, city park, restaurant, retail and parking. Other regeneration schemes include the Digital Village (high tech office space at former Oceana), the Kingsway urban park, Mariner Street student accommodation and improvements to Castle Square.

More information about the various city centre improvement projects can be found at: www.swansea.gov.uk/citycentreimprovements

Weekly updates are also available on this site.
